We are always searching for new spots to celebrate our little one’s birthdays outside of the house. When we found A Joyful Mess Art Studio in Prosper, we knew we had to do a Birthday Party there! There is truly something for every age here. They also do all sorts of classes during the week from Mommy and Me classes to Tween and Teen classes and even girls night out and date night options.
For Rowan’s 2nd Birthday party, we went with Sensory Stations for all the kids to rotate through and also created a take home craft – adorable Lions that each kid could made on their own!
Every kiddo at the party was enthralled with the different bins, from the Mermaid Bin to the Shaving Cream and Water Bin; they had the best time and the hour of playtime was the cutest thing to witness.
We used the last 30 minutes for cake time which was delicious, and the kids just kept playing!
We highly recommend A Joyful Mess Art Studio for any other their classes and especially recommend their Birthday Parties!
The owner, Alycia, has it set up perfectly where you can come in and just enjoy this fun time with your kiddos and friends!

You will have exclusive use of the studio to celebrate, create, and eat cake too! Let them help you choose a special project for your birthday or event. They provide all the supplies and instruction for your guests to create a one of a kind masterpiece.
Parties Include:
- 1.5 hour private party at the studio
- 1 instructed art project for each guest (selected by birthday artist)
- Decorations, plates, napkins, forks, and a lighter for candles
- A Joyful Mess t-shirt for the birthday artist
- 30 minutes dedicated to cake/refreshments (we do not provide drinks)
